I am the co-founder of DzidzaiEdu which is an education consultancy helping international students apply and relocate to Germany for their studies. I have several years of experience in Supply Chain Management and I am currently an Executive Support and Business Development intern as Manuyoo GmbH.

Don is the Founder and Managing Director of Leadwood. He studied Product Management (B.A.) at CODE University in Berlin – the first tech school embedded in the vibrant network of Berlin’s digital economy. He has successfully raised capital for growth for his previous companies. Don took his first steps into entrepreneurship at multiple technology companies where he was charged with the evaluation of products and service innovations focusing on digitally scalable business models as well as the creation of new concepts for B2B partnerships analysing and optimising user experience in the German market.

At Melanin Kapital, Mélanie is the managing director in charge of developing the platform’s investment products and the financial training curriculum. As a French-Congolese private-equity professional working in an impact private equity fund in Frankfurt-am-Main in Germany, Mélanie has always endeavoured to leverage on her inter-cultural perspective and her financial expertise to contribute to the efforts of economic development on the African continent. She has worked in the impact investment field for the past four years in Africa and in the Middle East, supporting due diligence processes aiming at investing in SMEs, start-ups and financial institutions. Over the years working in different impact ventures such as Investisseurs et Partenaire and Finance in Motion, she has particularly developed a deeper knowledge in corporate finance, fundraising and impact assessment. Neville Mchina is a serial entrepreneur born and raised in Zimbabwe. His work is centred mostly around agribusiness and development of the African continent. Currently based in Paris, Neville is Director of the following companies: FruitCon B.V (NL) : Agribusiness Consultancy Firm & GreenStone Foods (Pvt) Ltd (ZW): Organic pineapple export company. He also works as an agribusiness consultant for the UN, FAO and private sector companies.

Dr. Christian Lindfeld is the managing partner of Africa Advisor an advisory firm focused on assisting large and medium-sized companies, family offices and start-ups with the set-up, development and growth of their business in and with Africa. Christian also serves as the Africa Coordinator for the German Startup Association and takes on the task to link the German startup ecosystem with the one on the African continent, as well as assist startups with an Africa focus develop their projects and initiatives in his role as a member of several Advisory Boards
